MY STORY

Before the assets, before the syndications, before the podcast and the $100 million assets under management — I was a public school teacher grinding every day with a vision burning in my chest. I didn’t come from money. I came from grit, loss, and an unshakable drive to create something better for my family and my future.

I built this from the ground up — with my wife Hannah and my best friend Matt — turning a single deal into a nationwide real estate operation called the Commonwealth Collective with luxury short-term rentals, multifamily assets, apartment complexes, and a vertically integrated property management company, Residents First.

I coach because I live this. I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve eaten the dirt, lost sleep over deals, and come out the other side stronger. My passion is teaching people how to unlock their own blueprint for freedom — financially, mentally, and emotionally — using real estate as the tool.
